Service and Support Agreements

Once initial SERVICES are completed your company will need to arrange a service and support agreement to receive phone or on-site support for future administration / support of your technology. In addition, we are requiring the following as a prerequisite to our services:

• Backup Solution
• Virus Protection
• Internet Access
• Remote Access

Note: We can arrange for all the above if you don’t already have these services.
